These terms apply when you use any CherryMesh app. Please read them. By using our apps, you agree to them.

Who we are

CherryMesh apps are made by Cherry Mesh Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15077361). Registered office: 164 Blundell Road, Edgware, HA8 0JH, England.

Using our apps

You must be 13 or older.
Use our apps for personal, non-commercial use.
Don't misuse them. For example, don't try to break them, copy them, overload our servers, or use them to break the law.

We may stop you using our apps if you break these terms.

AI-made content

Some features use AI to make recipes, meal plans and answers. AI can make mistakes. Please use your own judgement.

Always check ingredients for allergies. Don't rely only on the app.
Follow safe cooking practice. Make sure food is cooked properly and stored safely.
This is not medical or nutrition advice. If you have a health condition or special diet, ask a professional.
Amounts, times and nutrition details are estimates.

Your content

Things you add, like your pantry and taste profile, stay yours. You let us use them only to run the features you ask for. If you turn on “Help improve recipes”, you also let us use the data described in our Privacy policy to train our own recipe models.

Our content

The apps, their design, and the content we make are owned by us or the people we work with. You may use them through the app, but not copy or sell them.

Changes and availability

We may change, pause or stop features at any time, including the AI chef. Online features need an internet connection and may not always be available.

If we change these terms in a big way, we'll tell you in the app.

Our responsibility to you

We provide our apps “as is”. We work hard to make them good, but we can't promise they will always be error-free.

We are not responsible for loss or damage that we couldn't have expected, or that comes from not following the safety advice above.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law says it can't be limited. This includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and your rights as a consumer under UK law.

App stores

If you got our app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their rules also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for our apps or for supporting them.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
